Our body is formed from many fascinating organs. They all work together to keep us alive and healthy but also allow us to do incredible things like unconsciously digesting and absorbing all the nutrients from last night's dinner, running a marathon or even deep-sea diving! But how much do you know about your internal organs? Where are they positioned? And why? How do they allow you to do all these things? Join CLAS, the Anatomy department from the University of Southampton, for an Anatomical Myth-Busting session and uncover the truth behind common misconceptions. Fun, interactive, and full of surprising facts-get ready to challenge what you thought you knew! Come and have a go at moulding what you think organs look like with play doh, placing model organs in their correct places, learning their names and unique functions. Word searches and colouring pages also available to take home. All ages welcome.
