The mathematics of soap bubbles

Why are soap bubbles round? In a web of bubbles, why do soap films always meet in groups of 3? In this activity you will learn the mathematics and physics by which nature arranges soap bubbles hands-on. You can even play with a 'soap bubble computer', which is able to solve a real-world problem: how to build a railway network between different stations in the most efficient way?
